Eloika Lake Association - ELA

The lake association was formed in the 1950's to address lake quality issues. The lake association membership is comprised of those who live year round and those who have cabins on the lake that are used primarily as secondary homes or vacation spots. Members come from all walks of life. Many are long term residents while others are recent transplants from other areas. Eloika Lake has one of the smallest population densities of any lake in Spokane County.
